Main features of the machine: 

    1. High-intensity lighting and imported mirror-face parabolic curve lampshade system. Its spectrum includes UVC, UVB and UVA with peak value of 365 - 385nm. It has three sets of aluminum light condensing and reflex housings, uses special new type of mirror-face coated aluminum reflecting plates, and the efficiency is increased by 30% compared with that of traditional design, and it uses selected quartz glass light filter plates to filter IR radiant heat.

2. Low-temperature single-frame structure is used, the lamp tube can be adjusted up and down from outside, the grade can be freely selected from 80w/cm2 and 120w/cm2. High-performance air cooling circulation system and thermal insulation device are used. The UV transmittance is higher than 85%; this can prevent the temperature of the irradiated object from rising. It is suitable for high-intensity curing of materials with very weak heat-resistance such as ordinary paper, PVC film, PP film, PET film and thermal paper etc, and the heat will not be absorbed during curing. The material’s surface temperature (5m/min time) is lower than 45 degrees. Ambient temperature (test under room temperature to 25 degrees)

4. Cold plates and square steel are used at both inside and outside and spray-coated with a layer of anti-rust plastic film, the machine body is spray-coated with computer white paint. The drive motor is a variable-frequency motor from Taiwan, supported by a gear reducer; the electrical part is protected with different protection measures and conforms to the requirements of different safety inspections. The Teflon conveying net belt, lower paper suction device and anti-wrap device are made by a joint-venture manufacturer.

5. The machine can be moved as a whole, it is equipped with a failure alarm system, a lamp timing system, and a net belt hang-up light distinguishing device.
